From "Achilles Heel" to "The Trojan Horse"...

The urge to sit and pen down the blistering thoughts emerging out of the vacuum created by “The Odyssey” (some may call it a movie; I feel it an epic in itself) is real and so prominent that it surpasses all the earthly lavishes for a moment. The following views are personnel and are solely my opinions.

MY BLOG MIGHT LOOK LIKE A SPOILER ALERT, BUT THE STORY OF “THE ODYSSEY” IS A BITTERSWEET BEFORE WATCHING IT.

There was a rise of civilization, a meaning to what is right and what is wrong, a shape to the gods along with the devils and a home to cherish. As time passed, the language of humans changed. The truth turned into lies, the honest turned into deception and the wittiness turned into cunningness. “The Odyssey” is a future born out of one deception, one lie and one cunning thought, famously “The Trojan Horse”. The movie takes you through a story of how to finally disclose the story of where. I take you though the values, ideologies, meanings that I decipher out of it.

·       All men learn it the hard way that devils of life, the darkness of immorality is not to be tinkered with; once swallowed, the harshness, the struggles are REAL. All men have to pass through it.

·       The world is a book and every page is read through the signals/omens in nature.

·       The circle of life is a bumpy road, with a few poisonous apples to lure us into the darkness of immorality. Some men live enough to tell the tales while some perish in the same darkness. The ones who make through the phase shall have a chance to prove their worth again in this world, even though they have wronged.

·       But for the ones who perish in the midst of darkness, are the souls whom the world remembers as sinners. Aren’t all men sinners??? The worth of a man is judged by the courage he holds to fight back his own evils and see the light for himself. He may also live long enough to tell the tales…

·       Every leader is born out of the struggles, the decisions, the words and the path that he takes while all men are watching him. He stays the leader only till he is infront of those men. The moment he vanishes, either he becomes the heroic tale or the devil’s poison. As the time passes, men will forget the leader, while some cherish his qualities, some despise him.

·       So, the day the leader displays himself again infront of the men, is the day he should prove his worth again, even though he was the greatest leader. He has to foil the treacherous attempts of those who challenge him and then rise again.

A thousand lessons stringed to the movie, every character with its own lesson and every scene a marvel in itself… MANY MORE WORDS BUT SOMETIMES A FEW MEAN A LOT…
